Visit the Casinobeats game developer Award ceremony on May 25, 2023, in Malta
To honor the most outstanding game developers, the SBC Company organizes the event that is to be held on May 25, 2023, at Maltese Intercontinental. This one-day event is organized from 7 PM to 1 AM at a luxurious restaurant to become what some people have already called ‘an Oscar in the industry of iGaming development’.
The categories of the award ceremony and judges
In 2023, there are 5 categories of rewards, which are to be presented to the most outstanding professionals (unlike 4 categories last year):
- Game performance: the best video slots are defined, along with the brightest debutants and those products, which have formed the most sustainable legacy. For a knowledgeable industry participant, it is impossible not to be excited hearing such loud names of game manufacturing companies as Relax Gaming, Yggdrasil, NetEnt, Novomatic, Push Gaming, Blueprint, Nolimit City, Hacksaw Gaming, ELK & Pragmatic Play, which are all presented in the lists of nominees.
- Game marketing reward this year is only in one subcategory: streamers of the year.
- Game creation category features so many well-known names of producing companies in the subcategories of the best gaming mechanic, features, content, retro-style games, art direction & music/soundtrack.
- Game people are rewarded within three subcategories: the most outstanding game designer, manager & music composer.
- Innovation spotlight award is granted to those online casino games, which were the best in innovativeness in the past year.
The judging panel in 2023 consists of 17 people, each bringing to the table their expertise, best look & thorough professionalism. They work in development companies, casinos, review websites, iGambling academies & related companies of the industry.
