Gaming Innovation Group (GiG) is making major moves in the iGaming industry. GiG has announced an exciting new agreement to power Goldenpark in the Ontario market, marking a significant expansion and the first deal for Goldenpark outside of the Iberian Peninsula.

This news comes on the heels of GiG’s recent successes. In February, GiG entered the Irish market through an expanded partnership with News UK, while also launching its sportsbook in Latvia. Then, in June, GiG teamed up with Betsson to bring Rizk to Germany, further solidifying their partnership.

In addition to these milestones, GiG made headlines with the departure of its CEO, Richard Brown, as he moves on to Glitnor Group.

Marcel Elfersy, CCO of GiG, expressed his enthusiasm for the partnership with Goldenpark in North America, stating that Ontario’s online market is a strong one for GiG. He praised the strength and flexibility of their offering and the strong relationship they have built with Goldenpark, allowing them to explore and grow new opportunities together.

José Giacomelli, CEO of MGA Online Division, also voiced his excitement for the partnership. He highlighted Goldenpark’s goal of launching their Ontario operation by 2024 and believes that with GiG’s support, they will achieve great success. He emphasized that this agreement represents a geographical expansion and a new chapter in both companies’ visions for the future.

Both companies are committed to delivering top-tier solutions to their customers, and this partnership is expected to elevate that standard even further.
