This separate entity will provide valuable insights to the Commission, separate from other advisory panels. Operators will have the opportunity to voice their opinions on various industry topics. The Commission will soon begin the recruitment process for the Forum’s Chair, with a three-year term. Expressions of interest will also be accepted for membership. The Industry Forum will consist of approximately 10 members, representing different sectors within gambling. Their names and advice provided to the Commission will be featured on the website. In light of recent articles on problem gambling, the Commission addresses statistic misuse in an open letter to the media.
