After a thorough investigation, the KSA has found that Holland Casino has consistently failed to meet the necessary requirements for its database. The operator was heavily reliant on instructions from the KSA and failed to address ongoing issues in a timely manner.

During an audit, it was discovered that Holland Casino provided unreliable data, including transactions recorded before accounts were even opened. As a result, the KSA has imposed a binding designation against the operator.

Despite attempting to appeal the decision, Holland Casino’s application for interim relief has been rejected. The operator now has six weeks to comply with the KSA’s requirements or risk losing its license.

In an effort to inform customers and stakeholders about illegal gambling practices, the KSA has made these decisions public. This follows a recent €6.8m fine issued to GoldWin Limited for offering illegal casino games to customers.
