Entain achieves remarkable success, experiencing a 15% increase in net gaming revenue and reaching record-high levels of active users during the first quarter

Entain achieved a noteworthy quarter of growth, with global operations up 15% and online NGR increasing 16%. The company’s active customer base soared 19%, while retail NGR was 14% higher than the prior year. Excluding regulatory impacts in UK & Germany, Q1 saw an impressive +6% increase in underlying online NGR . With 28 % market share for iGaming and 17 % for sports betting through its subsidiary BetMGM , it is clear that Entain has positioned itself as one of the leaders within these competitive industries.

Under the leadership of Jette Nygaard-Andersen, CEO and driving force behind the company’s success, BetMGM has achieved record numbers in customer growth. This was a result not only from strategic internal moves but also flourishing partnerships with TAB New Zealand and 365scores which saw revenue increase substantially. Of particular note were Q1 successes such as Super Bowl season and March Madness; something that highlighted just how successful this company is becoming across regulated markets globally – most notably through its US arm.
