The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board (PGCB) is committed to maintaining compliance within the state’s gaming industry. As part of these efforts, the following fines have been imposed:

Love’s Travel Stops & Country Stores: A fine of $25,000 for failure to provide the PGCB with necessary information regarding ownership structure changes related to its five VGT Truck Stop Establishment locations. Greenwood Gaming and Entertainment: A fine of $18,075 for the operator’s failure to submit two timely license renewal applications for Parx Casino in Bucks County.

Additionally, in April 2023, fines totaling $147,500 were imposed on Mount Airy, Mohegan Pennsylvania, and Sugarhouse casinos for various infractions, including failure to submit internal audit plans, permitting employees to work without proper permits, and neglecting to properly inform security and surveillance staff about an alleged cheating incident.
